Where do I find the Robot Kits? 

Robot Kits are found under Connectivity Kits in the top Menu.

Where do I find the Tool Cable Kits? 

Tool Cable Kits are found under Connectivity Kits in the top Menu.

Can I search on e.g. a gripper name?

Yes – in the search line in the blue bar it is possible to search both on item number as well as on part of gripper name or accessory name.

Where do I find Accessories?

Accessories are found under Others in the top Menu.

Where do I find Spare Parts? 

Spare Parts are found under Others in the top Menu.

Where do I find Promotional items? 

Promotional items are found under Others in the top Menu.

I want to purchase an Extended Warranty, where do I find this?

Extented Warranty is under Services in the top Menu Others.

I cannot see the prices on any of the items.

Ensure that you have logged in – this is done by clicking the Sign in with Microsoft button.

I don't have a Microsoft account. Can I still sign in?

Yes, you can. As a partner of OnRobot, we have already made sure that you have access to our ordering platform, so you don't have to worry about not having a Microsoft account.

When I click on the Sign in with Microsoft button, I am not being signed in.

Why do I need to enter Robot Brand when placing an order?

In order to ensure the best service for future updates to our products it is important for us to know which Robot Brand you place your order for.

Is it possible to inform of my courier account number and then you will book using this account?

In case you do not want OnRobot to arrange the shipment of your order, you must book the order for pick-up yourself.

Why are orders shipped EXW?

OnRobot does not cover any costs relating to the shipment. We offer to arrange the shipment and invoice you the costs. We do NOT cover any local taxes, import duties or import fees.

Will my PO number show on the documents we receive from OnRobot?

Yes, if you have stated a PO number when placing the order, this will always show on the Order Confirmation, Packing Slip and Invoice issued by OnRobot.

I do not have a VAT number.

A VAT number is only required for Partners residing in EU. If you reside outside EU this is not mandatory.

Why do I need to inform of my VAT number?

If you reside in EU it is mandatory to inform of your VAT number – if we do not have this all orders and invoices will be issued with 25% VAT.

What is an EORI number?

An EORI number is mandatory for UK Partners only.

I want to place 2 orders – can they be shipped together?

No, it is not possible for us to combine shipments.

I want to place an order, but ship on different dates, can I place on the same order?

No, all lines on an order will be shipped together. If you want to ship on different dates, you must place 2 orders.

I want to make a special instruction on my order. Where do I do this?

It is NOT possible to add special instructions to the order.

I want to change my order – how do I do this?

Once the order has been placed it is NOT possible to make changes to the order.

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order has been placed it is not possible to cancel the order.

Why is an invoice sent with the physical shipment?

Invoices are sent with the physical shipment outside EU and this facilitates the customs entrance.

I want you to send the order confirmation to the main purchase email of our company – is this possible.

The order confirmation is always sent to the email address of the person logging in and placing the order.

My payment terms are Prepayment when will I receive my order?

An order confirmation with shipment date will be sent upon our receipt of the prepayment. Depending on your location you will receive the order within 3-5 days after shipment date.

Why can I not see the costs for shipment?

The costs for shipment will show on the order confirmation, which you will receive within 24 hours after order placement (Monday-Friday business hours)
